RDG Filings interview questions

The interview process was very comfortable. The management team, through a combination of in-person and Skype, asked very appropriate questions pertaining to the job and my job experience posted on my resume.

2 separate interviews. First one 1 on 1 with the office manager and second one with office manager and lead dev. The 2nd interview was unpleasant The lead dev was condescending towards me about my skills, experience and preference in software. Even if I had an offer I'd refuse it based on my experience with the 2nd interview. This company has been posting this same job opening for over 9 months now. The office manager asked what my salary was, wanted me to divulge information regarding proprietary software I was developing at my current job, and never followed up with an offer/no offer. I had to follow up 2 weeks later and then was told I'd get feedback once their search was complete. Never received feedback.
