My interview experience with REDW was professional, welcoming, and very people-focused. From the beginning, the conversation felt less like a traditional interview and more like an open discussion about my background, interests, and long-term goals. The interviewers took time to explain the firm’s culture, expectations, and growth opportunities, which made the process feel transparent and genuine. I appreciated how approachable everyone was and how emphasis was placed not only on technical skills, but also on teamwork, communication, and fit within the firm. Overall, the experience reinforced REDW’s reputation as a firm that values its people, supports development, and fosters a collaborative work environment.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at REDW (Phoenix, AZ) in Aug 2021
Interview
First applied online, then had a 1st round interview on Zoom with HR. Was pleasant to work with and email communications were engaging. Moved to the 2nd round interview with 2 senior audit associates, also over Zoom. Was asked some challenging but engaging questions related to the audit process.
I interviewed with a few people, all of which were very nice, professional, and asked typical audit interview questions. This was before covid, so it was in -office and the office was very clean, bright, and quiet.
