      IT Support Technician Interview

      18 Jan 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Los Angeles, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at REX (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2019

      Interview

I applied online and got a phone interview the following week. The person calling wasn't a tech person but was basically asking basic questions like past experience, what I'm looking for and basically HR questions. The interview ended there then I got an email to get back on call for technical questions that their engineering team set up. It was basic Windows, Mac questions. I got an email the next day that I didn't get hire for the IT System Administration, a role I didn't apply for and didn't know I was interviewing for. When I asked for clarification on the role that I was interviewing for, I didn't get a response.
