I had a phone screen with an HR person, then a video conference call with two potential team members, then an in-person interview. After the in-person interview I received no word back, at all. It seemed like a lot of my time wasted to not even receive closure on the interviews that I completed. Possibly points to lack of professionalism.

Question 1
How to make sure QA is included in the story pointing process?
What is one thing that would surprise people about you?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RF-SMART
Interview
The interview process was long, sometimes going up to 3 weeks before the next one was scheduled. I completed 4 interviews, and another candidate was selected. I thought the process was unnecessarily long, but they were thorough in their questions about my experience, my knowledge, and what i hoped to get out of the position. Fairly transparent when it came to answering my questions as well about the culture of the company, the role expectations, and the review process.

Question 1
What experience did I have in the field? How did I handle difficult conversations (ex: when bad news has to be delivered to customers)? Was I comfortable travelling for up to 40% of the job?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at RF-SMART in Dec 2020
Interview
I was extremely impressed with the communication from the recruiting team. They kept me up to date on next steps, and provided feedback through out the process. If most companies offered and conducted an interview process such as RF Smart, the work world would be a better place.
Thank you!
