RFA Engineering Design Engineer interview questions

The hiring process went relatively well. The interview was standard and over the phone. I was offered a position. However, I was consistently pressured to accept by the CEO over text message. He consistently used unprofessional language, and went so far as to say I received the offer because I was white. Upon denying the request, I was chastised over text about how I "dumped on him" and that my apology was insincere.
