Most of the management positions are promoted from within. It is very difficult to promote someone if they have not worked their way from the bottom up. The hiring process includes a lot of paperwork and several telephone interviews.

Apply on line on the company website. There will be 2 phone interviews. One with the adm and then with their HR. And then 1 on 1 interview in their local office in Burnaby.

Interview
Phone call. Visiting district. Went out to a meal. Phone call with vice president. And a 3 month class to learn job requirements. Every week I had to be on a conference call at the end you and the district manger decide if your a fit.
