I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RH (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview process is mostly behavioral questions designed to determine if you are a values fit. The values are people, quality, service, and innovation. Multiple interviews are conducted with different leaders before an offer is made.

Interview
I initially had a phone interview that went really well, with one of the managers of the store (there are many - but he was part of the team that I was interviewing for). That was then followed up with an in person interview with two more managers who would be reports to this role; both were really amazing folks. Great process, great interview, and amazing response times!

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RH in Jul 2022
Interview
Average interview, most of the questions were about RH, it was all about company's value and services & products. Too long and drawn out, super uncomfortable. They look for a luxury p.o.v. in a candidate.
I applied online. I interviewed at RH (Tampa, FL) in May 2021
Interview
Interview process itself was pretty standard total of 3 interviews 1 being on the phone and 2 in the gallery. The issue came about when they decided to be 3 interviews in and tell me they filled the role and tried to offer me a different role that had nothing to do with what I applied for
