Interview process for Management Associate programme (applied in 2018)
- HR phone call for basic questions about me and an opportunity for me to ask about the programme
- Standard psychometric tests
- Group interview (you get some time to discuss a case question and dissect information with your group mates while being assessed, prepare slides, then you and your team present your case to a panel of assessors)
- Called for final interview the next day (with Group Chief HR Officer and hiring manager) where it was free-form questions
Interview process took me 1 week and for every stage I got to know the results on the same day. I went through: 1. phone screening, 2. online assessment, 3. virtual interview with HR, 4. physical interview

Dropped my CV at KLCC Career Fair and got a call from HR 1-2 months later. After that, went through 4 stages;

Question 1
During online IV, mostly basic questions (e.g. have you made a mistake in life? what are your strengths and weaknessess? how do you handle stress?
During physical IV, mostly leadership questions and a lot of follow up questions (e.g. have you led a team? how do you handle a difficult teammate? how do you motivate your team?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RHB Group (London, England) in Feb 2023
Interview
During my interview at a London hotel, I found the process to be notably informal and relaxed when compared to other interviews I've experienced. There were no assessment centers or final round interviews involved.
