I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RLF (Orlando, FL) in Dec 2017
Interview
I reached out regarding an open position with my resume and portfolio, where I received a timely invitation to have a phone interview with the director of the department. The phone interview was to learn more about my background, skill-sets, and interests, as well had the opportunity to learn more about the company and what they're looking for in a candidate. It was a comfortable conversation, with the end goal to feel each other out and make sure it's a great fit for both parties. I fortunately was invited for an in-person interview, where the two directors interviewed me, shortly after, brought in a few other team members for a pointed question discussion. There was never a stale moment in the interview, everyone was very friendly and gave plenty of opportunity for me to interview them to ensure it was a good fit for me.
