Interview
Very dry - no personality at all from the person conducting the interview. Every question was read from a script and it was very robotic. Whoever handles their phone interviews needs to pick up the tempo and try not to read everything from the sheet of paper in front of them.

They initially start with a phone call whit a phone call and then a one-on-one interview, during which they go over your background and experience and to see how you would fit into the position, corporate culture, and the team you will be working with.
