      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RPC (London, England) in Sept 2018

      Interview

After an initial CV screening and phone call from the recruitment team, I was told I would be invited to the Assessment Centre. This was with 7 other people. It was split into three parts, an Excel task, Logical Reasoning test and an Interview. The only difficult part of the assessment was the Excel task, because there were vague guidelines as to what they wanted. The other people I met there found this hardest for the same reason. I got rejected because of this Excel task. Although some people found the Logical Reasoning Test hard too. The interview was very informal and relaxed. Just expect easy questions like about your CV and your motivations. There will be another interview after the assessment day, which is a bit more competency based. Everyone at the firm was very friendly

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at RPC (London, England) in Dec 2018

      Interview

Excel test on analysing data, interview and logic test. The staff were very friendly and gave us biscuits. The company seemed to have a more casual dress code as the male interviewer was not wearing a tie. If you were successful in this interview then you would be invited to a second interview, the date of which you could choose, where you would be asked more competency based questions and tested to see how well you could work their software.
