RS hiring process mainly followed through Naukri/Referral.
I was joined as a fresher, got information through Naukri,
1st round Aptitude test(reasoning/math/English) followed with F2F small HR round.
2nd round TR(sometime 2 TR can be happen)
3rd GD round(3-4 selected out of 20 People)
4th MR round(Puzzle question)
5th main HR round
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at RS Software (Calcutta)
Interview
First there was a IQ based written test then a technical interview which followed by a group interview. The process was good but they took 2 months to offer the job.

I faced the written round only...i completed correctly overall 70% yet didnt qualify perhaps bcoz i didnt clear da cutoff of the numerical part which hd weird questns like wats da population of india etc etc...
