I applied through ACCA Career websites and the application is quite easy. However the assessment is quite lengthy because you have to answer it in PDF but it is worth it.
For the interview process is 3 times.
Firstly, screening call through phone by HR for around 20 mins ish. Most of it behavioural questions.
Secondly, through microsoft teams with the 2 directors from the TP department. Tbh i do not get any technical questions because my background mainly audit and no exposure on TP which around 30-40 mins. They were so nice and considerate on my situation.
Thirdly, physical interview but they basically just want to see you in person. So, more question on yourself on background, ways of commute to office etc.
