RX Operations Executive interview questions

My interviewer is from the Singapore office. Throughout the whole interview, I felt that I was discriminated because my gender as she kept emphasizing about having an all girls team and there are only a few guys who can work along with them. I also didn't get the basic respect as she was using her phone during the interview. Overall, a very negative experience and portray a very bad image of the organization.
