It came into contact through acquaintances within Rabobank. Spoke to various employees with similar roles within Rabobank beforehand for orientation. Then, had conversations with the IT Lead and Senior Business Analyst to assess how well I aligned with the job requirements.
Clear and straightforward process. Clear & timely feedback receive. It focuses a lot on cultural fit and team fit, but your qualifications can also help. I think it's more difficult to get an interview than doing the interview.

2 step interviews, with team members and team lead , then final offer . Each interview is around 45 minutes , very punctual, no bs questions. Recruiter is efficient and effective, ready to help

Interview
I received a rejection just one day after submitting my application, despite my resume aligning with 90% of the job requirements (based on experience, skills and/or qualities). The rejection email stated other candidates being a better fit for the position. Seeking further insight, I requested feedback but received no response. Interestingly, the position is still posted on LinkedIn.
