It was very honest and succinct. There weren’t any mind games or weeks without communication, they addressed and questions or concerns I had head-on. It was clear they prioritized getting the “right” person, not just trying to fill a role asap.
Initial HR first and then the hiring manager and director on the same day. It was quick and easy interview since I have a background with what they are looking for. Waited for a week for background check
