Dear Reviewer, First off we are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us as of course that is never our intention. Second, we are sorry that no one showed up for your second interview that obviously is not a normal occurrence and we will look into what occurred here to ensure it does not happen again. Third, an interview mistake doesn't make a company a scam it makes us human.
