They brought 3 guys in the room, the manager and 2 team leads. It was very uncomfortable. They asked some question about DSL and very generic troubleshooting. They didn't really seem to know what they were doing. The manager seem extremely inexperienced and extremely nervous, not sure the deal there. The team leads and manager round robbined the questions each taking turns. The interview was very short but moved a long and it seems they need support personal to assist with retail customer internet connections.
