I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Radio Engineering Industries in Nov 2023
Interview
Had multiple phone calls with recruiter and then a payroll administrator set up other interviews. There was a new manager in place that had a lot going on so the interview felt forced like they had to do “x” number of interviews.

Question 1
Standard interview questions but didn’t get an opportunity to really discuss the role and ask my own questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Radio Engineering Industries (Omaha, NE) in Aug 2017
Interview
The hiring process included a 15 minute screening with the HR director. I was then scheduled for a 2 hour interview: 15 minutes reviewing the benefits package, 45 minutes with the two co-workers I would be working closely with, and the final hour was with senior staff. The interview ran long by about 30 minutes. I was called the same day to come back the following day for another 1 hour personal interview. The personal interview the second day included a lot of personal questions that toed the line of appropriateness, but I answered them anyway. I'm not sure if they caused me to not get the job or not. After almost 6 hours of personal interviews with the company, I was denied by automated email. I thought the process was very good until the call back and then the automated denial felt very impersonal and unprofessional.
