You have to take a standard test in a computer, and you get interviewed by the University's Human Resources team as well as the decision makers in your unit. They ask you about goals, experience and relationship with the university. Being an student of the University seems positive. Since they're is a private, Jesuit university, there's an introduction on christian values which is not the most respectful to other beliefs and it takes a whole day talking about Jesus, Jesuit values, church and beliefs.
