Ragdale Hall Spa interview questions

Showed around establishment and let know of business and how it’s run what to expect and staff benefits. Followed by interview which was general questions, however the interviewer made me feel uncomfortable with what I felt unnecessary and personal questions about why I was choosing such career. No discussion of hours I was just told I would have to work shifts and only get one weekend off a month but did not discuss the balance of work life on other days. Then I was told that my piercings in my ears were strictly forbidden despite me seeing other staff with piercings in including waitresses (note I have two lobe piercings which I only wore two small gold studs in). They then said I was expected to come do a trail shift which they never mentioned I would or would not be paid for 8 hours of my time.

One-to-one interview, general questions. Not bothered if you have previous experience as they'd rather teach you themselves. Very friendly and professional. Took you around the hall first to explain what and where everything was. Explained the employee benefits, discussed hours and availability. Then sat down to have the interview where I was asked a couple of easy questions and was able to ask them anything.
