Quick and easy experience. Asked questions about previous experiences as well as first aid certification. Highly recommended for high school or college students to try as a first job. Not much chance for advancement but pretty easy to get a job and flexible hours.

What previous experiences do you have in lifeguard duties?
easy process. questions were pretty situational based and laid back. it was a pretty simple interview and i got accepted as soon as i left then you have to do a 4 day training course
The interview process was very easy, they just asked if we had any previous work experience or if we were going to school, availability etc. The interview was in a small group so I didn’t feel too nervous.
