The interview went quite well, and the process support the inclusion and diversion value. They asked about my personal background and why I chose this company as a place to build my career. In addition, they also asked me to explain what I knew about the company.

Interview
There are three stages in the process: screening by Global HR, then by Local HR and the Metrix Manager, and finally by the Direct Supervisor and Country Director. The initial screening by HR mainly focuses on whether we meet the mandatory qualifications, like proficiency in GIS software. The later stages dive deeper into more substantial topics, including our views and perspectives on specific issues

Interview
Applied via Idealist and received an email from the human resources department within a few days to set up a telephone interview. The telephone screening interview consisted of basic questions regarding my experience and my interest in the organization. Afterwards I was called in for an interview where I met with all of the senior members of the department, which consisted of four people. One of the interviews was via skype with an employee from one of the international offices. There was only one round of interviews that all took place in one day. After about a week I received an offer.
