I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Raising Cane's (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2014
Interview
quick and easy, was given a tour, very laid back. As much as you would expect from a fast food chain. business casual dress. talking to other employess while waiting for interview is a must, the company is very interested in seeing how you interact with others.
The process was friendlier than I expected while we talked mostly about the skills that I possessed and what would my contribution to the company be. Overall the experience though me a lot about how to present one self in a formal setting.
Very welcoming and got back to me quickly. The managers there are super talkative so don't be worried about anyone being too weird. A lot of them are on the younger side as well, so that's a plus.
It was easy. Managers didn’t ask anything besides availability. Make sure to seem very cheerful and enthusiastic and they’ll hire you on the spot. The interview probably lasted around 15-20 minutes. Cannot stress how easy it was
