The interview process was quite rushed but very entertaining. Predominantly behavioural based questions with some odd hypothetical situation questions. Rakuten is all about people and working in an environment that requires more stamina then intelligence. If you can show that you can work well in teams and most importantly, can be humorous, then the job is yours. Grades don't matter that much for international students but a willingness to learn is important.
