I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Raley's / Bel Air / Nob Hill (Elk Grove, CA) in Jun 2011
Interview
You sit down with the Assistant Store Director in a one-on-one type interview. You are interviewed in their conference room. It is a pretty non-intimidating interview. The interview does not take any longer than 15 minutes. They do not ask you any questions about the company or anything to that extent.

Question 1

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Raley's / Bel Air / Nob Hill
Interview
It was a straightforward interview. Seemed like more of a formality. The hiring manager was nice and easy to converse with. Overall, a good experience. I wish more interviews were like this.
Interview was conversation based, interviewer was friendly, and they are basically looking for someone who aligns with company values. If you are focused on customer service and are extroverted, the interview process should feel natural
