Business Case Review Interview + Live AI exercise with HM and a junior POC - This is where it got interesting. Head nods, commentary about great ideas/makes sense/never thought it of like that. This is also where I realized the folks in these roles have no idea what they’re doing. They’re patching stuff together, which is fine, but truly threatened by people who actually know how to build and scale.
