I applied online. I interviewed at Ramp in Jun 2024
Interview
When looking at these reviews, I thought people were being bitter about not getting a job offer. The interviewer spent the entire 30 minutes hounding me about why I was leaving my current company. Asking questions like," If you're doing so well in your current role, why are you looking to switch". I'm fine with these questions, but it was the entire interview.

Question 1
What does your sales process look like? What's an average day for you?
Quick process and the hiring team was very helpful and responsive. 5 rounds seemed like a lot but was ultimately very smooth and the business case was very straightforward. Overall I was very happy with how the whole process went.
Started with AI did not feel very personable and felt that there were disadvantages. Cool company, but seems they may not be looking there. Feels like there needs to be a lot to align in order for this to work. Probably a high-intensity environment.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Ramp (New York, NY)
Interview
Similar to how everyone described. They care more about vibes and intelligence level instead of focusing on your experiences. Just be personable and come prepared. It is essential to be very well-versed in the product and company.
