      Paid Search Manager Interview

      20 Nov 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Ramp

      Interview

Lengthy process. First, i had to meet with the chief of staff. really weird, why am i not meeting with a performance marketer? Something is fishy and toxic at Ramp. On to the interview process, you go through recruiter, then chief of staff, then an assignment where they make you analyze their campaigns using REAL data, then you present it to them. NO DOUBT that Ramp simply will use my case study, my ideas and my thought processes, and suddenly won’t hire anyone else for this role. Be careful, something toxic is brewing there.
