I went through the initial HR phone interview which was a typical HR style interview. The interviewer was very pleasant and I was quickly told I would move to the next phase with an interview with the hiring manager. That interview was downright awkward and not conducted professionally. It was a video conference interview and the manager yawned continuously. Put yourself in the applicant's position: if you wouldn't hire an applicant who yawned while you were speaking to them why on earth would you think it's acceptable to do that to an applicant? I wouldn't expect a Christian based company to find this behavior from one of their own to be acceptable. I was very disappointed after having high hopes that this organization would treat their employees and candidates with mutual respect. I completed a Ramsey Solutions course years ago and was a fan of their philosophy as it helped me became debt free, so the interview was a complete let down.
