I applied online. I interviewed at Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (Austin, TX) in Jun 2017
Interview
First I was called and did a brief phone interview where we discussed my experience and I was offered an in-person interview. The in-person interview took 20-30 minutes. I heard back the next day and asked for time to decide. I was given the weekend to decide and ultimately declined because I felt that the pay was not enough for my experience.

Interview
I was recruited after meeting the president of HR at a college recruiting event. Jeni called and told me that my resume was given to her by him and that they wanted to schedule an interview. I went the next morning and the interview with Jeni took about an hour. I got a call the same day getting a contingency offer on passing the background check and drug test. The whole process took 2 weeks because of the background check.

Received a phone interview one week after applying online. Lasted for about 10 minutes, i let them know i had no experience in banking. She was satisfied with my answers and scheduled a next day interview in person. One on One no curve balls, straight forward and comfortable questions! Also they give you a tour of the facility and it is very nice. Very quiet and comfortable atmosphere and people seem to be friendly and happy.
