Ranken Technical College interview questions

Received a call initially about scheduling an interview. No intro email just photo communication until the end. Talked to two department heads and both of them had no knowledge of photography in a technical or creative aspect. Both did not ask any appropriate questions about my background or experience which they highlighted about multiple times. They focused on if I had prior experience teaching which seemed to their only requirement to move forward. Initially told I would hear an update within a few days. They didn't get back to me until 2 weeks later which is inconsiderate for an applicant's timeline.
