Interview
Received a phone call and met in person. Sat at a desk with the managers of the company and discussed the position. The role was spelled out, unclearly but with enough detail to entice. It was an up-and-coming company filling a Purple Cow-type business need in the region. The room was full of energy and although the questions were outside of the box and tough to answer, I felt like I was in a place where I could grow both personally and professionally.
