I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rapid Displays (Chicago, IL) in Sept 2021
Interview
First formal interview (not with HR) was conducted by a hiring team, well prepared, engaging questions. They were on their game. Second formal interview was an insult at best. I was not given the full names/title of the interviewer (no idea their position in the company structure). One showed up 20 minutes late into the interview. Both completely unprepared for the interview. No understanding of my backstory, who I met with prior (and I was recommended for this position, I did not apply). So, with no knowledge of me or my backstory they had made a decision to "go in another direction". I asked if they had spoken with anyone I had previous interviewed with, they had not. I hope this isn't a continued tradition with Rapid. There was a serious disconnect within the organization and proved to be a complete waste of time.

Question 1
Detailed questions about my background, my process, work philosophy and thoughts on team/client interaction and management.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rapid Displays (Union City, CA) in Aug 2014
Interview
I came in as a referral by another employee which was a commonality in the company at the time--the process was very informative...included detailed job description and tour. I met with multiple people I was expected to work closely with including direct management and sales. It was a pleasant experience overall.
