      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RareMed Solutions in May 2024

      Interview

      Interview went great. I was in fact over qualified for the position. They could not provide compensation and told me I needed to speak with the Talent & Engagement Specialist. I followed up with her. She could not provide me with compensation BUT proceeded to tell me “However, the team does remain very interested in you as a candidate. We are in the process of finishing all scheduled interviews and I will get you an update as soon as possible.” I followed up with her a week later and she didn’t respond. She lies to candidates just to tell them what they want to hear. I received the email that stated “ Thank you for taking the time to apply and interview for our Reimbursement Case Manager position. We've decided to move forward with a candidate whose skills and experience more closely fit our needs at this time. We will keep your information on hand should a position become available that more closely aligns with your background.” the job was then reposted. I have 15+ years in healthcare and insurance. 4+ years of that was in special pharmacy.
