I applied online. I interviewed at Rational 360 (Washington, DC) in May 2026
Interview
HR was very communicative and the scheduling was easy and fast. I made it to round two with the VP, and I thought the conversation went really well. I sent a thank you email then received a personalized rejection from HR a few days later.

Question 1
How do you ensure your content gets picked up by policymakers?
Applied online and was lucky to have a direct connection with the organization. Had an interview with the person I believe would be supervising the position. It was fine, nothing weird. I did get the impression they were looking for a research coordinator vs. an actual analyst in managing the research databases and resources but was willing to let the process play out. The rest of the process was supposed to include at least one panel interview to meet the people with whom I'd be helping to find research resources.
Never heard back. I figured i didn't get the job because they reposted it about a month after I originally applied.

Question 1
General questions about my previous experiences, what I was looking for, what was expected of the job, what tools they used, what they hoped to get out of someone in this position, etc.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Rational 360 (Washington, DC) in Nov 2025
Interview
First was a screening interview, followed by a panel interview. For first round, one of the interviewers didn’t join the call. Between rounds, completed a 24-hour writing test. Interviews were followed by 4 months of radio silence from HR teams.
