I had 3 rounds of interview.
Questions were regarding ratio analysis, other questions were to check my expertise in the work I had already done and my attitude-aptitude. They asked for the meaning and optimum ratios (bare minimum ratio) that should be present in ane entity to qualify

They asked about DSCR; not only the formula and meaning, but what should be basic DSCR for any entity to qualify.

Tgey do 3 rounds one with junior hr then credit and then senior hr for smaller people.like us with low salary . Offer letter is guven after 25 days .induction is very poor . Waste time on do uments . No proper food during indu tion . No discipline . Very poor IT laptopns intenet and softwares
