It's unfortunate because I read a lot of positive things about this company, but ended up getting ghosted by them. The interviewer was a no show... There isn't any number to call them, so I replied to the RAVL Recruitment email but got no reply from them. I took the initiative to book another conversation because I was genuinely interested in the position and I understand being behind schedule, but again no one showed up. Not even a word from them.

Interview
After sending in an application, they responded well and kept saying that the role hiring process was still ongoing and the phase was still under construction and all. After the two months, they sent a coderbyte assessment which was VERY easy and I submitted it with utmost confidence. It has been 3 months and there is no update so most likely a ghosting. Such a long waiting process and work for no response after.
