Time consuming to the point of waste. They seem to be very uncoordinated as a team when it comes to communication with the applicants and internally. I was brought in for all 3 interviews and did not once feel like there was any sort of plan in place. It always seemed like the person that was interviewing me was just told about it.

Interview
Had a phone interview, followed by a meeting with account manager and director of sales. Long waits in between each interview, apparently the team travels around a lot. Interview questions were pretty general and did not have much to do with the industry, mostly are about your work experience.

Systematic & professional, telephone interview with HR rep, than in person interview with the hiring manager and the senior manager. also gave a company tour and met some higher ups.
