3 month process. Was told serval occasions an offer was coming only to be told no we want you to speak to another person. At the end of the process they asked me again my salary requirements, and suddenly I was told they were going a different direction. It should be noted they were aware my requirements from day one and the job description actually had a range posted which my requirements fit within.
