Recruiter screen followed by a lengthy take home project with vague requirements. Prepare to be ghosted after dedicating significant time into the project. One of the worst interview experiences I've encountered but it is probably for the best as they're looking for a single US dev to manage a team of outsourced devs.

Interview
After a brief conversation with one of the recruiters, I was assigned a home project and given 7 days to complete it, with 3 days being the suggested timeframe. I dedicated the next 3 days to ensure the assignment met the requirements and looked polished. Following the instructions provided in the README file, I submitted the completed project. However, it was rejected without any feedback. I reached out to the recruiter seeking feedback, but he mentioned that the engineering team typically does not provide feedback. This situation feels unethical—working for 3 days without compensation, and not even receiving a few minutes of feedback. It raises questions about the value placed on employees.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

Interview
Another victim of a failed interview process. Started out with a quick phone screen with the "recruiter" and went directly into the coding assignment. I completed the assignment and went above and beyond the requirements within 3 days of receiving it. No feedback, no call, and my coding assignment is still in "awaiting review" status. I was denied before they even looked at it. Stay away from this absolute nightmare of a company.
