RealNetworks Engineering interview questions

Typical phone interview and onsite interview of IT companies. Interviewed with 5 persons in total, and each gave me two coding questions. People are nice, easy to communicate. Engineers are willing to explain and clarify the technical questions. However, when asking about the the company strategy or long term plan, I feel they are hesitate to give the direct answer.
