I applied online through LinkedIn, where I saw the job posting. I was emailed by the Human Resource Manager a day after applying online. I scheduled a phone call screening with HR. I then scheduled an in-person interview with the marketing team, including the manager and an I.T. manager. This portion consisted of questions from the team and a worksheet that focused on social media management/posting. Key duties discussed included social media management and assisting with website management. It seemed the role had not been fully fleshed out yet. The marketing manager focused on more on social media marketing, while the I.T. manager mentioned website coding and website content management. This is still a relatively new position for the company as it transitions to a more digital landscape.
