I was interviewed in May 2020 during the COVID lockdown. I heard about the role via an external recruiter (Carrot Pharma - who were great). I was interviewed by HR and the Hiring Manager first, then by the Hiring Manager and Director. I had 3 interviews in total but the final one was a more informal chat with another HR lady. They were all amazing. During all 3 interviews I didn’t feel like I was being grilled until I failed. I felt confident to say when I didn’t know an answer, and tried to work through it with reasoning to show I was capable of problem solving and critical thinking. I’ve been hired and inducted all whilst working from home and my team and the people I have encountered have been absolutely delightful. I feel so proud and lucky to be part of RB. So many benefits and a sense of community within the Organization.
