I submitted my resume to their online job post for an HR/Office Manager position. I heard from their Chief Clinical Officer a few days later asking to set up a time for an interview. I received an email invitation for a Zoom "group" meeting. When I inquired if the other people who were on the invite list were employees of Reconnect or other candidates I was told they were other candidates! I politely declined the invitation to interview. Can you imagine trying to interview for a position with other candidates who have applied for that same exact position? That's not how professional companies do it. And now those other candidates have my personal email address because of that invite that was sent out. I didn't grant the company permission to share my personal email address with anyone. But this is a huge red flag and all the reason you need to run away.
