I had a couple of rounds of interviews, and a very long wait afterwards. Ended up following up with them, but I didn't take the role due to this, it was a red flag to me.

First interview went great, HR was super friendly and accommodating. Second interview was weird. Creative team seemed ill prepared and uninterested. Felt more like a vibe interview than actually talking about work. They came off as a bit elitist.
