After applying for the position I was asked to make a test which is aimed at identifying your individual strengths and weaknesses. Within a few days I was contacted by email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lastet approx. 25 min. The questions were basic interview questions. I got the feeling that they only hire people who would die to work for them. They also asked about my salary expectations. Personally I had the feeling that they made their decision based on the salary expectations and if you are fanatic about the company.
