I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Red Carrot in Jul 2025
Interview
The team was very quick to respond and very pleasant to talk with. However, the only con I would include is that there was an extensive writing test as part of the process, so be sure to carve out time if you are interested in a position there.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Red Carrot (Washington, DC) in Feb 2024
Interview
Initially they said the process was: HR call, meet with the hiring manager, do a skills test, meet with someone else on the team. After all that was done I met with the PMO.

Question 1
Basic interview questions that a normal person would ask but it pertained to the job
I went through 3 interviews and I don't think any of them really got into my actual skillset and what I can offer. A lot was personality/"culture fit" and seemed a little testy, which is odd for beginning interviews.

Question 1
They focused a lot on what they perceived to be gaps in my resume, which was due to a death in the family when I took time off of work for 6 months to care for a parent at their end of life during stage 4 cancer. There was also a short gap in my resume (3 months) when was a contractor/freelance employee and that was accounted for below the line they were so focused on. I felt if they would have taken the time to review my resume and cover letter then those questions wouldn't have mattered.
