All advertisements are genuine, we do often have different roles available and unfortunately it would seem that you have been interviewed for the wrong position, which we would like to apologize for. All promotions are done based on performance and individual merit, those who work hardest and put in the most effort are certainly rewarded with progression opportunities, and there are many examples of this within our office.
