      Account Executive Interview

      29 May 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Baltimore, MD
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Red Crown (Baltimore, MD) in Mar 2015

      Interview

They trick you into the interview process by falsely advertising the job on Job Searching platforms as an ADMIN or SECRETARY JOB. It's a FIELD SALES JOB. They also ensnare you by pitching you the Business Management Training program factor, which isn't relevant to this specific branch as the owner refuses to promote hardworking individuals.

Hi, We appreciate your feedback, all feedback is welcomed both positive and negative. We certainly don't trick anyone and refute any claims that we do so. All advertisements are genuine, we do often have different roles available and unfortunately it would seem that you have been interviewed for the wrong position, which we would like to apologize for. All promotions are done based on performance and individual merit, those who work hardest and put in the most effort are certainly rewarded with progression opportunities, and there are many examples of this within our office. We are sorry to hear you didn't have a positive experience, and we would like to wish you the best of luck for the future.
