Two calls. Great conversation. Goal is to provide Red Sox game attendees a chance to donate to the Red Sox foundation through a 50/50 raffle. Interview process dives into past sales experiences. How you can navigate the sales to potential customers.

Interview
1st round- video software, record yourself answering questions then submit video
2nd round- virtual with Development Director on one day and then with the rest of manager staff.
Note- no interview with Executive Director
